Overview
Northwind sells high-end homes and their site needed to match. We built an editorial listings experience with generous typography and imagery that stays sharp without wrecking load times.
The challenge
Property photography is heavy. The old site shipped 12MB of unoptimized images per page and still looked flat. Agents couldn't update listings without a developer.
The solution
Responsive image pipelines, art-directed crops and a component-driven listing template gave agents a self-serve way to publish gallery-grade pages that stay under budget on every device.
